Confirming Interwetten’s desire to strengthen its position in the Greek market, the operator has been named as the official betting partner of the Greek Super League.
The deal will see the sports betting provider gain a broad presence in all stadiums, including LED band sequences, logo presence on flash interview boards, micro-surfaces at press conferences and ball platforms.
Interwetten believes the partnership will help generate a national presence in the market and expand its reach to fans from all Super League teams.
This announcement follows the news that Interwetten was named main sponsor of Greek Super League team Asteras Tripolis.
Dominik Beier, Speaker of the Board at Interwetten, said: “Greece is and will remain a very important market for us. That’s why we want to continue to invest in the sport here and expand our position.
“The Super League is an ideal partner in this respect thanks to its national and weekly presence. It opens up a multitude of communication and activation opportunities for us throughout the country.”
In an exclusive interview with Gambling Insider, Beier spoke at length about the nature and importance of these deals, to be published online soon
