PAGCOR is directly owned and controlled by the Philippine Government. The corporation is responsilble for supervising the gaming industry in Philippine. It includes casino, sport betting, onling gaming, etc. PAGCOR’s revenue is one of the government major incomes . Accoridng to the Republic Act 9487, PAGCOR is able to enter into joint venture management of the local casinos.
